Hospitality package

The hospitality package for the ECS Brokerage, taking place at Hotel Le Plaza in Brussels, is for the total package of:

• in person participation in the sessions including interactive workshops
• networking with persons that are active in Electronic Components and Systems (both online and in person)
• meeting spaces for consortium building for your project idea
• first-hand information about calls for projects and funding opportunities
• catering during the event
• rent of the event space, including furniture, lighting and signs
• sound and AV costs
• wireless internet (WiFi) connection

For members of AENEAS, EPoSS and INSIDE, these services are included in the membership, so they do not pay a hospitality package for the ECS Brokerage.

Not included are hotel and travel costs.
