The KDT Kick-off and Brokerage 2022 celebrates the start of the KDT-JU in and also hosts the brokerage activities of the industry associations AENEAS, EPoSS and Inside for the 2022 calls for projects of KDT-JU. This event facilitates the creation of project proposals in the field of Key Digital Technologies, by bringing all experts together and providing networking opportunities.
The event is linked to the ECS Collaboration Tool; the online tool that enables users to initiate projects and invite partners, or use the messaging system to look for partners or projects. The tool is not coupled or limited to any funding programme and is freely accessible for all.

Participation to the KDT Kick-off and Brokerage 2022 is free of charge for members of the industry associations and for Public Authorities.
For those who are not part of one of these communities, an entrance fee of € 300 including VAT is to be paid in advance (non-refundable). For SMEs a reduced fee of € 150 including VAT applies.
Registration will be open to all organisations that have a project idea in Key Digital Technologies or are interested in joining an KDT project consortium, and to Public Authorities that want to preview the field of interest.
The two-day conference is planned as an in-person event in Hotel Le Plaza Brussels. The venue is set up to be COVID-19 compliant according to current Belgium legislation.
If, however, due to unforeseen changes in the COVID-19 pandemic or changes in Belgium legislation, we are forced to move the event fully online, then we will place a notification on the website, and will inform the persons that have already registered for the event.
